a. If you get an error message about a credit card failure after attempting to submit an order, you may want to check the following:
i. Try re-entering your CID or security code. If your card is saved, try entering it as a new card.
ii. Ensure that there are no typos or misspellings in your name, street address, city, state and zip code.
iii. Verify that your billing name (including middle initial) and address on your credit card bill is exactly the same as you have entered. Check a mailed statement to be sure.
iv. If you have validated that the information is correct and you receive an error message at another attempt, please call Customer Care at 346-200-9409 (Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm)
v. WHY WAS MY ITEM OR ORDER CANCELLED?
b. Items from your order or your entire order may be cancelled if there are errors when verifying your billing information or if your item(s) have sold out. We apologize for the inconvenience.
c. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
d. We will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation.
